The FY22 accession plan was built using 3D jobs and recruiting had to transition to 1D7 mid-way through the year. That FY22 accession plan can't be changed. I'm hoping once this fiscal year ends that the newer enhanced job counseling list won't have 3D jobs anymore since the FY23 accession plan lists only 1D7 jobs.
