Pump up your fuel primer on the fuel filter head and let it sit (preferably overnight ). Recheck it in the morning and if the primer button is soft, start by rebuilding your fuel filter head or replacing it. Be sure you hot a clean air filter, and fuel filter. After that if you don't find anything I would move to the injection area. Cold air will sound different going through the turbo until piping, intercooler warmed up. Also when cold it keeps the vanes more closed in an effort to warm up the engine by making it work harder.
