Ford f150 stereo not working.

The radio quit working. It displays "F150, Built Ford Tough" but the radio does not turn on nor to any of the buttons work. Its almost as it is frozen. When in the radio section of sync there is no HD Radio toggle and none of the stations come in HD, show a HD logo or multi cast.
