I called customer service they said it was likely the firing pin but it was going to be $85 dollars to sent it back to them. That's 2/3 thirdsthe cost of a new gun. I was hoping I could replace the pin myself but can't find any info on how it's done. If anyone has done it I'd appreciate the help. I looked at it and realized that the previous owner must have dry fired it a tremendous amount and broke the firing pin. I did and I was fine with them, the finish was trash with chips everywhere, the grips were fully tightened but still loose, etc.
