Passing NCLEX with 145 questions depends on accuracy. If you get down to less than 50 percent accuracy, then it may bring you a bad result. If you can get 50 percent accuracy on at least 145 questions, you have a higher chance of qualifying for the exam.I definitely think Archer's QBank resembled NCLEX questions and seeing familiar questions definitely improved how I approached questions. My personal theory is that if you get the bad pop up you failed it with the pilot questions included. When they grade it the second time they toss those questions and then reanalyze your exam. In short, answering all 145 questions on the NCLEX does not mean you failed the exam. It also doesn’t mean you necessarily passed either.
