If you don't know, wassail is when you get below 25% health in combat when thirsty (as a vampire...), your Magicka, Health, and Stamina get slowly drained (and if you somehow manage to survive that, you also get 10 points taken off all of those until you feed).

I prefer Sacrosanct because Better Vampires changes too much about base vampires and not enough about the vampire lord form, which is supposed to be the main selling point. Of course the magnitudes in lord form are still better than vanilla, but eventually your mortal form plain outclasses it.
