both Fire Blast and Terrify weaken Armor in the same fashion, so in this case you can see one as a higher/lower value version of the other. to which end it may even be pointless to use both, if you're going to swap Fire Blast/Pillage over, you may as well just Cast that twice and not Cast Terrify at all.
