Cadillac cue not working.

Just got back from updating the CUE system on my ATS after 2days. The dealer was packed with people so I couldn't really test it too much onsite. After I got home I was trying everything out and everything seems to be working perfectly if not even better than before. Only issue am having is, now to A/C wont come through the main vents only the top.CUE system - radio controls not working. I noticed with in the last several weeks that the three bottom middle radio control buttons to change the station are not working. I read online and did the hard reset but that didn’t fix it. The rest of the buttons on the radio cue work, it’s just the bottom middle three. Touch screen works now, but I'm having the same symptoms with AC not working. I can disconnect the battery and reconnect it and the AC will work again. After a day or so i have to repeat this process.

The issue i'm having is the CUE navigation has no signal and is stuck somewhere in Michigan. It hasn't moved at all in the 100 miles I've put on the car.Not all of my CUE keys are working. Have your dealer set up a technical case with XM/Sirrius, and they will get it corrected. They were able to fix the XTS within a day. The 3 month trial is correct, it should be active and functioning.

Remove from cue blue tooth list. Remove from phones Bluetooth list. Goto settings in cue and remove all devices from CarPlay list. Turn car off and open and close door to reset cue. Turn car on. Re-pair device to blue tooth. Once paired and connected plug usb cord for car play synchronization and confirmation.

Can be found at cuescreens.com. Or if you have warranty the Dealer would replace the whole CUE unit but it would most likely fail again.
