It is easy and to build your toon as a tank or a dps, but I have always enjoyed being a support class in most games I have played. Everyone loves the healer in the party. Well, Corrupted Vitality is good for the first 9 levels. The Grotesque Excrescence perk heals more than the Fierce Vitality. Other than that, not worth losing the Fast Healer perk.
