As a wizard you'll be able to get enough of the meta feats you'll have to learn to manage spell points as wizards are low that's where mental toughness can help. 28-point build pure focus on hit points, traps have away of removing them from you in a hurry. Pale master is probably the way to run due to self-healing.

Spellcraft on your wizard level ups. (Possibly concentration, but quicken covers for that). You don't need to spend many points on jump as the jump spell gives you +10 (1-3), 20 (4-6), 30 (level 7+) This is a pretty simple build but works well because it is. You can focus on AOE damage spells as much as you want.That build is obsolete and doesn't reflect the Pale Master changes from last year. That said, the gist of the build still works fine, you simply need to redo Enhancements. Vampire form has more synergies with a melee Eldritch Knight, but that's not a requirement. Wizard EK is a melee build, so you should steer more towards Family than Esoteric. If you're just going to 20 and TR then VU sets are a bit too late to matter. SoS/Whirlwind/Carnifex are your major weapons to look for. Stone Shoes are nice at 15 too, acid is a good choice for spell sword. But the build as I know it only takes fighter for the feat, it doesn't even have the 4 AP for the haste boost. It gets that from dreadnought instead. In that sense you could also go 18 bard / 1 fvs / 1 wizard for the same result (1 feat). Then 1 AP for the EK cleave can be saved in warpriest for instance.13,912.
