In my experience Comcast connects the line from the street to your house. You are responsible for routing it through your home. It may require someone to fish lines through your wall and patch drywall. Comcast does not do this. Purchased a new home and we are almost ready to move in.

But slowly creeps back Problem its coax in wall touching electrical lines....We have 3 floors here and even with it disconnected lines in wall downstairs upstairs sending it to my electrical wires and passing right though my electrical outlet. And how figure this out was shut breaker off for outlets at coax and they still test current from outlet.
