My Overall Thoughts. The short answer is yes, you can install 35-inch tires on a leveled F150. You will need to make sure that there is enough wheel clearance, but this should not be an issue if you are planning on leveling your truck. The ideal would be a 2-and-a-half-inch level.

2022 F-150 Tremor. Sep 25, 2022. #6. I run a 295/70r18 on stock wheels now and have no rubbing. I do have 2” level installed, although those tires didn’t rub without the level. I’m having a set of 18x9” wheels installed later in the week with a +20 offset, and think I’ll be fine with my same tires.

There is a sticky in the 2004-2008 section about wheel and tire fitment. If it's leveled 2.5" and you put 35s, you should be ok with some minor trimming. Others have said that 1/4" wheel spacers will take away the need for trimming. Either way, you'll be alright. There's a thread with leveled trucks and 35s.
