I've put on 70 pounds in 2023 from going carnivore, 15g+ of Creatine daily, 2 hours of gym time. Went from 6'3 160 pounds to 233 pounds as of this morning. But I also had the forbidden preworkout to fuel some gainz. Inbody scale says I'm 10% bf and have visible abs. 🤷🏼‍♀️ really doubt that's excessive.
