Due to different barrel lengths, type of bullet, seating depth, primer type and other factors, you may not get near the FPS charted. It is just a guide and the reason you should start 10% under these charges and work up. I have a manual from Alliant in 2001 that has Herco loads for 9mm. It lists 6.2 grains as max for a 125grain lead boolit. Velocity is listed as 1165fps with a pressure of 28.5K psi OAL of 1.15 from a 4 inch barrel. I love loading my 115 gr 9mm with Bullseye. It gives me good velocity, and decent accuracy out of my G-17 & G-34. Unique is cheap and most of all versatile. I've had good luck with Titegroup, as well as CFE Pistol. CFE is probably more forgiving and a little more noticeable if you accidentally throw a double charge.

Start with Blue Dot instead, way better choice to learn reloading 9MM. This powder is also on the dirty side. It is dirty like Titegroup in ways. Take a look at the cases compared to other powders.. Unique seems to be pretty universal in loadings in readily available powders. I currently load 124gr cast, 147gr cast and 124gr plated.
