I, too, have been getting the "check emissions system" and "check SH-AWD" indicator lights on my 07 MDX. It's only been occurring the last few weeks. I recently completed the A14 service (timing belt/water pump - ugh!), but had been having intermittent battery problems as well. (If I didn't drive the X for a few days, battery would completely die.

The new SH-AWD 3.0 requires Oil Pressure to apply the clutch packages (Vs 1.0,2.0 Electro Magnetic Clutch Control) so there seems to be an issue with Pressure in the Left Clutch package.
