You may want to consider if you can pull the first copy of Veithael, C&R or Olgath and then, if there's a hero swap event, using that copy to bring it up to whatever level your Flora or Wu Kong is at. I would not consider Zolrath or Orthros (or any other shop hero) on this event.

ABelinda is slightly stronger than AShemira on CR and PvE, but she is not that overpowered on PvP anymore. ASafiya is the second best awakened hero on PvP and she is also top-tier on CR. Saurus has niche mid game campaitn use and no endgame use. He is mainly built for bosses and his si 30 is medium overall priority because of this for early and mis game accounts he is best used as a merc and not as a hero you prioritize.
