With very minor research done, you'd have found out that BotW on Yuzu can only run at 15fps, and 30fps in the menus. It's a Yuzu problem that won't be fixed until Yuzu get's better. I'm aware of fps mods but they didn't work for me. For cemu under version 2.0 use cemuhook. If you're running version 2.0 and newer you can use mouse to get around it, because cemu can't see the gyro from the steam controller and cemuhook isn't supported anymore. better stability, better performance, more graphical options. Cemu simply had more developement time plus a lot more focus on BotW specifically. yuzu and ryujinx will get there eventually but it will take more time. Cemu no contest. Yuzu has an early access version that supposedly has amazingly improved performance, making the Switch version of BotW actually playable on the Deck. I haven't tried it personally, but my news feed has been blowing up with it the past week or so. I'd look into that.
