Yes I get two vertical black bars, but atleast I can improve the resolution from 1920x1080 to 2560x1440. Also an big problem with the Truby9 mod is that it causes problems with other mods that mod or add HUD as well. So I think I solved this for my 48" Ultrawide. In Fallout4Prefs.ini I put this in. bBorderless=1. bFull Screen=0. iSize H=1080. iSize W=3840. When I set bFull Screen to 1 it would keep crashing after about 15 seconds or so into a new game or loading an existing one. When I changed Full Screen to 0 it no longer crashes.
