Figure out the IP of your data center and run WinMTR or a similar tool at the time you normally have issues. Figure out which hop it is in the route that's either slow or dropping packets. Then, grab some VPN free trials, and see if you can skip that hop. If the hop is relatively far away, you can likely route around it.
