A few months ago I added a BDS 2.5" level to the front end. Last week as I was driving I noticed a humming sound that seem to come out of nowhere and a noticeable vibration. It sounded like my tire was rubbing against a mud flap. I pulled over and check the wheels but saw nothing out of the ordinary. For the past couple of months my truck had been intermittently having a grinding noise/vibration in the front end. Generally low speed only, 15-25Mph. The noise/vibration would go away as soon as I shifted out of 2wd in to 4wd. When the truck is cold < 32 degrees F, and I have vacuum in the vacuum tank (28mm) the solenoid does not send vacuum to the IWE's. This means when cold, the first 1/2 to 1 mile until it warms up the IWE's are engaged.
