I fact I couldn't tell if there was any moment at all. The rear 3-point goes up and down, but not the center. The tractor is in good shape, low hours and fluid levels all check out. So, take a seat on the lawn mower seat with the brake on. Give the key a turn to ON, then OFF. If there is a switch or electrical cabling fault, the clutch will engage as soon as it receives power by turning the key.
