A STR build can't really take advantage of Sellsword Twinblades like DEX can. At 10 STR/40 DEX, Sharp Sellsword Twinblades have 362 AR. At 40 STR/16 DEX (minimum for twinblades), Heavy Sellsword Twinblades only have 326 AR. That would explain a lot about the people I have encountered. I mean with pvp, a lot of builds are L1/R1-L2-R2/R1 (depending on weapon), and that deals 60-80% of your health. Obviously with builds like the mace or BKS your playstyle counters this, but both are decently viable. They are very viable.
