I was wondering if you could recommend to me some Romantic and fun things to see, do, and eat in Puerto Rico ( Old San Juan) or anywhere near the surrounding areas/towns.I am going with my girlfriend and we love to eat like locals, party ( drink and dance) like locals, and want to soak up all the beautiful culture that Puerto Rico has to offer. One day is certainly not enough and I advise 2 to 3 days to experience the city, visiting it both, day and night. We didn't, and I wouldn't advise you to lodge in old San Juan. Choose Condado or preferably Isla Verde. Both neighborhoods have terrific beaches while old San Juan does not, and they're only a 10-15 min, 10-15 $ Uber/Taxi drive.
