For maximum gains in w4 colo you can start with acc/dmg card setup if needed, swap to a max drop rate setup once the w4 miniboss spawns and kill it -> more eggs/ladles the higher your dr and lastly swap to a mixed card setup of money, dr and dmg to destroy the chests.
