The Poleblade does an insane amount of stagger from what I've seen. Especially the weapon art. Once I'm able to get two peelers I'll probably run sepukku on one and chilling mist on the other. Any weapon can do you the whole game. Elonoras is decent, and bleed is always good. I basically played the entire game by dual wielding eleonora’s poleblade and seppukku godskin peeler. It was pretty fun, and very effective, though it does get less effective when the enemy doesn’t bleed. It kicks butt.
