No Spark/No Pump. I am having some major troubles. Just picked up a 2000 Vulcan 1500 (Carb Model) not too long ago but it had major electrical issues - that being only a head light, tail light, and ignition. I picked up the Clymer manual for it, traced all wires and labeled them, added the proper switches and lights for "Legal" purposes but now ...I have a 2008 Vulcan 500 ltd. As far as preformance wise everything is still stock. It has roughly 1400 miles on it and has been service and well maintained. Not a problem at all, until today. I went to run into town and made it aprox 2 miles before it started sputtering like it was out of gas and lost all throttle power.

I have a 2006 Vulcan 2000. It has Vance and Hines exhaust. and a power commander. The battery recently died and required. replacing. I put the new battery in and everything seem to be great. I went approximately 5 days without cranking it. I finally got around. to firing it up..it just clicked as if the battery were dead.
