I did the one that's active right now until reset, and I did it on void warlock with contras, Wishender, an energy scout, and a Hothead. I hate to say this, but the best build in virtually all Lost Sectors is probably the Strand Suspend/Osteo Striga/Necrotic Grips build for Warlock.
