My personal female majin build after a lot of testing is. 62 Health / 25 Stamina / 50 Ki / 0 Basic Attack / 0 Strike Super / 100 Ki Blast Super. Works really well just don't want to have to explain to people why stamina actually helps again do it too often.

And btw.. Female Saiyans are far superior than Female Majins. Female Majins got that great racial Stamina regen. But Female Saiyans actually have the highest raw damage output in Xenoverse 2. A skilled player with a Saiyan would wreck any Majins Earthlings are probably the most interesting ones.
