Imo it gotta be Superior Survivors. I dunno I just feel like it is the best, not much lag like other ones and ability to add modded outfits to them with an addon (For example Small Town Survivors). Superior survivors is by far the "best" NPC mod but it has primitive AI due to engine/game or whatever limitations it has.
