In the time of Internet, puzzles are just optional for people who want to do them really. No point in making complicated stuff with the engine when a majority will look online for solutions as soon as they come across those. And making dynamic puzzles would take effort AND piss off players who could not skip them with an online guide.
I already read the solution- put 4 blue crystals in the inner rings, 4 green in the outer, then touch the correct tiles. However when i put in the crystals, the tiles never light up. I know you need to have all the crystals in your inventory (7 blue, 4 green) and activate the obelisk first. The Heart of Mystery has 4 portals, leading to 4 different puzzle dungeons. You can use these portals in act 3, even though two of the locations are in areas otherwise inaccessible until act 5. I don't recall which area has which color slabs, but you should be able to pop in and out of the portals until you find the right room.
