Everyday they continued to disconnect my service and I had to call and get it reactivated. This went on for almost a whole week, and I was getting reassured it would stop.
I have been a customer since 2018. I made a payment arrangement for June 21 2021. Unfortunately I could not make that payment due to other circumstances that was out of my control. I chatted with a xfinity associate to see if I could possibly get another extention which they have did in the past.
