I'm not consistent with it past 50yds to feel comfortable hunting with it but that's mostly because the factory sights aren't precise enough for me. I know the gun is capable because I've shot some tight groups, just not all the time.

With Hornady Varmint #4 Buck and MOD, I get nice patterns at 35 yards, which would be doom for coyotes and other critters.
