Pros. I spent 2 years as the CMO of FNRP. When I was hired on, the company was increasing their focus on growth and shared a big vision for what they wanted to achieve. One thing I loved about the company was the long-term vision and the respectful-yet-direct feedback. I felt I grew more as a CMO at FNRP than in any other role I have been in.
