You need archery fighting style and late game when you are max dex it hardly ever misses. To be fair though when this was posted the off hand attack was bugged and didnt get the -5 to hit but tge +10 damage applied. So it was dummy busted. They patched that. Still a busted build though. Literally was doing 150 plus damage a turn end game.
