Yep, that's the spool valve leak. Unfortunately you're likely too late to save your alternator. But get that leak fixed and then I would replace the alternator. It's not an overly difficult leak to fix. Here's Honda's TSB: Valve cover is probably fine - fix the spool valve leak, clean the area and re-assess. There is a TSB for this - follow the PNs and procedure in that document. Timing belt is technically due (generally 105k/7years), but if the tensioner is still good it isn't a must-do right now (I mean the whole project).Try to locate the leak, clean the area away from the upper control valve meets the lower.
