But from my anki use, practice questions, and full length practice exams (FL's), I think the deck is a very good foundation, I don't think there's a need to go read a psych/soc textbook.

The trick is you have to delete the Miles Down Deck first and then import the Anking Deck. Then the 5311 cards will show up. Using a premed deck takes time, I suggest you instead download miledowns document and go through it over and over while making anki cards for the content in UWorld. You can totally use a premade deck (boaras is significantly better than mile down. Pick one and use just that) but just be prepared for anki sessions after UWorld.

im pretty sure there is a kaplan specific milesdown deck that you use to sync up with Kaplan. In terms of incorporating it into my readings, I would usually do the specific anki deck for a chapter after I've read and take notes on that chapter. What i recommend you do before doing any content review is suspend all cards. Once you began a chapter (let's say endocrine) then go into browse and if you have a deck that's sorted by coffin that makes it super easy just unsuspend that chapter. if not, search up endocrine, the hormones you study, etc in the search bar.Sometimes my dedicated anki time just gets taken up by reviewing due cards, rather than adding new ones. However, I want to download a kanji shared deck to help me start studying kanji again, but I can't find the website I used to use to download .anki files. Hello, I have a quick question, I am trying to sort the cards in the P/S deck by the KA videos and the 300/86 page doc. So for example, in the Mr.Pankow deck, they were automatically sorted to where when I clicked on the tag and then the deck option in the browser, they were in order according to the videos/doc.It's good if you're aiming for sub-515 but I find that for the most part, it just isn't comprehensive enough for a super high score (keep in mind that Miledown scored a 516). That being said, MileDown's essential equations deck is golden.
