I've seen 2 Pick fighters break 500 single target dpr in actual play, albeit at level 20. Arguably more powerful, but lower dpr, is dual wield flick maces. I found some Cosmos Oracle build (for the damage resistance and the lvl 6 focus spell), with Psychomp sorcere dedication (for dangerous sorcery and the lvl 1 aura focus), and a focus on persistent damage with a quick search. The construct's main benefits are that 1) it gains the damage bonus from your Overdrive and 2) it can use many of your Unstable action feats. A very effective build is to use your construct to make ranged attacks while you also attack with a bow. Its good but not broken, basically akin to using a slightly better Power Attack that demands more build resources. At best it turns on at level 6 (2: Furious Finish, 4: Celebrity, 6: Never Tire), it doesn't make the character any more accurate, and always consumes the reaction (so until 11, a three "action" maneuver).
