The window was occasionally getting stuck in the fully open position and would not close. I replaced the driver side window regulator and fixed that problem, however, I've ran into a new issue.

Seems like at least once a month I have to go thru the reset procedures to get my front windows auto feature to function. This is a pain in the *** .Usually the reset procedure solves the issue. I'd try disconnecting the battery for 2 or 3 minutes to ensure the window module memory is killed, and after reconnecting it again, try the power window switch. Here are the relevant pages from the factory service manual. There is a fuse box under the hood on the driver's side (with spare fuses in the lid) and another in the driver's side under dash. Both covers have legends on them describing the fuses. Here ya go. Try rolling all windows up then go to each individual door and hold the switch up for 5 seconds.
