DeVirgilio's is case files on steroids for surgery. I did UWorld Surgery and AMBOSS surgery and scored in honors range (>75% national average). After having done UWorld IM questions for IM, I can say those would be helpful for the surgery shelf as well. Shelf is usually ~25%, clinical evals ~50-60%, and the rest is other small assignments or exams.
