Reset modem/router through Xfinity app and now we have no internet connection. We upgraded our internet on Tuesday to 600Mbps and today we noticed we were not getting good speed so we restarted our modem through the Xfinity app. After the restart, we've been on call with 2 Xfinity support person and they weren't able to help.
