With the key off, and a multimeter inline, I have a 7 mA current draw. I could have got a rectifier for 20 ...This seems electrical. Check the voltage at the battery with the atv at idle. Might be having a undercharging scenario. Like overcharging scenarios, undercharging scenarios can also mess with your electrical system. At idle you should be producing around 13.5 volts at idle and 14.0 - 14.4 volts when revving the engine.
