You get to a point that you get a special mission, open trade routes to other traders. Finish that an you will get tier 2 missions from that trader. so forward and back and youre good. They do have a shared list which they may/or may not show from; IE: Not everything on shared list will be 'shared'/'shown' in every traitors inventory. 2.) Most do have their own 'list' that aren't shared with the others.

But looting is and looting provides everything you need, randomly.
