Hello, I have an issue that started happening about a month ago and everything was fine for the first 5 months of service. Like the subject says, I am getting massive ping spikes or basically 100% packet loss at every 15 minutes intervals, throughout the day, everyday. This starting happening around Oct. 20th, before then I did not have this issue. Latency is around 50-60ms and packet loss is 0-1% at most before approximately 6 p.m. and after approximately 10 p.m. In that time frame however, latency will spike and remain between 150-250ms and packet loss will spike to 8-15%.
