These give you chance to get Strange Treasure Keys. If you have the 30th dlc, go to the treasure hoard, talk to Xur and he has weekly bounties for you to do in Dares of Eternity. His last two Bounties reward 5 paraversaul hauls (one bounty gives 3, the other gives 2).
