I use Fin's but not for the AI but mainly the gear and some other things. I use vanilla AI and I'm pretty happy with that. In the Fin config editor, there is an option that says "disable all AI changes" which is "false" by default, meaning any change you make in the AI section will apply. If you set it to "true", Fin's won't change AI behavior.

Fins AI Tweaks - Allows extensive control of Boss, PMC, Scav and Raider Spawns. Can probably be tweaked within the server configuration files found in the SP-Tarkov directory, search for energy and hydration.
