My mother's Hallmark channel started this on 1/8, but no other channels do it. Hallmark needs to fix this problem. This is absurd. We pay$10/month extra for Hallmark and the network allows bad picture quality on the channel. Hallmark channel is always have pixel issues recently. None of my other channels are having this issue so it is not my tv.
