My brother (who is a hardcore nut) has done 26 +10 Mythics with his guildies and gotten four peices of gear with two of them barely being upgrades. He went from 187 to 191 Ilvl after 26 +10 mythics. That's insane. While I think moving our gear more towards the great vault so we get to choose more is a good idea - I think this is too far.

See, the problem with saying you should be fine to heal mythics is that at this time, most of the people doing Mythic dungeons expect big pulls and huge DPS/HPS numbers to make it clean and fast cause they are only there for Valor Points - so, I would take it with a grain it salt to say you should be fine, cause many healers at 676 won't be fine healing your average Mythic dungeon.

Mythics are not like any other dungeon, in that they are not part of the automatic dungeon finder. You have to go to Premade Groups > Dungeons and either start your own group (and pick where you want to go) or apply to fill a role in a different person's group.
