If it is the IWE grinding it's not urgent but it'll eventually grind itself out and the hub won't lock when you put it in 4x4. I assume you still have warranty being a 2016. Update: Dealer is awaiting a part from Ford which is currently looking to come in 2/8, but that date could change. I am hopeful but skeptical the IWE replacement will solve this as the dealer went above and beyond and even attempted to swap another IWE off another brand new 23 F-150 on their lot and now they both make the noise.
