The factory two piece is designed as a safety thing, as it prevents firing in case the bolt is not in battery, which can be hazardous to your health. The two halves are not lined up until you are locked up in battery.The firing pin seems to have excessive "play", it moves forward and back as the rifle is tilted. It appears to be free floating. I see no damage to the pin, but wonder if this normal or do I need a new pin? ... Break down the receiver, pull the bolt and the firing pin is in plain view laying in a groove along the top of the bolt. Remove the old broken firing pin, clean the groove and put in a bit of lube.
