Shiftpod is much quicker to put up and take down, but will require shade or your AC will just be fighting a losing battle. Hexayurt takes more time (and people) to set up and tear down, but is well insulated and doesn’t need separate shade. Another option to check out is the No-Bake Tent, assuming you can find one. 10.
I'm not super familiar with the shift pod, but is sounds like any pop up tent will suit your purposes. They take minutes to deploy, are easy to do by yourself. The bigger ones are usually designed to walk in. Treat your zippers VERY carefully. Lubrication seems to make them worse. I've had 4 zipper pulls fail on both doors. The arc of the door puts great pressure on the zipper at the apex, and over time, in under 1 year of full use, they will fail.

The rectangular 10' shape of the Kodiak jussst barely fits into a 10x10 EMT shade, and the space inside is way more efficient.
